1. Automatic start: After receiving
the fire alarm/pipe network pressure/blackout/other start signal, the diesel
water pump unit can automatically start and put into full load operation within
15 seconds;
2. Automatic charging: The battery can
be automatically charged by the utility electric or diesel charging motor to
ensure the smooth start of the unit;
3. Automatic alarm: Automatic alarm
protection for diesel engine low oil pressure, high water temperature and other
faults, alarm and stop when overspeed;
4. Automatic preheating: the diesel
engine is in the standby state of the heat engine to ensure emergency work;
5. Direct connection type: The diesel
pump unit below 360kw adopts the first direct connection technology between the
diesel engine and the water pump through the flexible coupling, which reduces
the failure point and shortens the starting time of the unit, which increases
the reliability and emergency performance of the unit. ;
6. Users can also request to set other
alarm outputs.
Diesel dewatering pump (or trailer mounted pump) are equipped with horizontal centrifugal pumps and diesel

through control lines.

The diesel engine water pump automatic
control panel can be used to withstand mechanical, electrical, vibration,
thermal stress and the possible moisture effects under normal operating
conditions.
After receiving the start command
issued by the user (passive normally open contact), the automatic control panel
can automatically start the pump set within 15 seconds and monitor, alarm and
handle the fault during the operation of the pump set.
The automatic control panel adopts
GU320A controller as the key component of automatic control. The automatic
control panel has strong versatility, complete functions and reliable
performance; it can cooperate with all kinds of diesel engine water pump sets.
The automatic control panel has two
modes of operation: one is controller operation and the other is key switch
operation. The key switch operation is generally used to start the unit urgently
when the controller fails.
