We
know that dewatering pumps are commonly used in engineering buildings include
submersible sewage pumps, self priming trash pump, submerged drainage pumps, wet
prime pump, vertical sewage pumps and horizontal sewage pumps. If the correct
choice of these dewatering pumps and the understanding of these pumps are the
basic requirements of every environmental protection company's water treatment
engineers. Today we will give you a brief introduction on how to choose the
requirements for drain pumps and drain pumps.
Because
the general site in the building is small and the displacement is not large,
the submersible sewage pump and self priming sewage pump can be preferentially
used in the drainage pump. The submerged sewage pump is generally used in
important places; the vertical sewage pump and the horizontal sewage pump are
required to be separated. The earthquake foundation, self-priming water
absorption, and occupying a certain site, it is less used in the building.
The
flow rate of the drain pump should be selected according to the second flow
rate of the domestic drainage design; when the displacement is adjusted, it can
be selected according to the maximum hourly flow rate of the domestic drainage.
The flow rate of the drainage pump in the fire elevator collection pool is not
less than 10L/s.
The
lift of the drain pump is calculated according to the height of the lift and
the loss of the pipeline, and then a certain free head is attached. The free
head should be 0.02 ~ 0.03MPa. The flow rate of the suction pipe and the outlet
pipe of the drain pump should not be less than 0.7m/s, and should not be
greater than 2.0m/s.
In
the public building, a 6 inch trash pump should be set up in each living
drainage basin as a unit, and it should be operated interactively. Drainage in
the basement, equipment room, garage flushing floor. If there are two or more
drainage pumps, the pump may not be used. When the collecting basin cannot be
equipped with an accident drain, the pump should have an uninterrupted power
supply; when the drain inlet can be closed, there is no need for uninterrupted
power supply, but an alarm device should be provided.
When
lifting sewage and wastewater with large impurities, the outlet pipes of
submersible sewage pumps in different collection pools should not be combined
and discharged; when upgrading general wastewater, the discharge pipes of
submersible sewage pumps of different collection basins can be considered and
combined according to actual conditions.
When
two or more pumps share a single outlet, valves and check valves should be
installed on each pump outlet. When a single pump drain may cause backflow, a
check valve shall be provided. The pressure drainage is not allowed to be
combined with the gravity drain in the building.
When
the submersible sewage pump is lifted to contain large debris, the submersible
sewage pump should be equipped with a crushing device; when lifting more sewage
containing more fibrous materials, a large-channel submersible sewage pump
should be used.
When
the submersible sewage pump motor power is greater than or equal to 7.5kW or
the outlet pipe diameter is greater than or equal to DN100, the pump can be
used to fix the auto-coupling device; when the submersible sewage pump motor
power is less than 7.5kW or the outlet pipe diameter is less than DN100, soft
can be set. Tube mobile installation. When the sewage collection basin is
drained by the submersible sewage pump, a water pump fixed auto-coupling device
shall be provided to facilitate the inspection of the water pump.
Engine
driven trash pump should be able to start and stop automatically and manually
start and stop on site. Multiple pumps can be operated in parallel or in
sections.
